About the Role
In your capacity as a Customer Service Coordinator, you are tasked with providing exceptional Customer Service to our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers over the phone, electronically, or in person (on rare occasions).
• Collaborate with the Quality department to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Work closely with the production scheduling team on order details.
• Inform customers about product delivery timelines.
• Accurately enter customer orders into the system in alignment with production and delivery schedules.

Skills and Experience

• Proficient in computer usage, especially MS Word and Excel.
• Capable of meeting deadlines independently.
• A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Familiarity with SAP is beneficial, though not mandatory, as training is provided.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
