About the Role
In your capacity as a Customer Service Coordinator, you are tasked with providing exceptional Customer Service to our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers over the phone, electronically, or in person (on rare occasions).
- Collaborate with the Quality department to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Work closely with the production scheduling team on order details.
- Inform customers about product delivery timelines.
- Accurately enter customer orders into the system in alignment with production and delivery schedules.
Skills and Experience
- Proficient in computer usage, especially MS Word and Excel.
- Capable of meeting deadlines independently.
- A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Familiarity with SAP is beneficial, though not mandatory, as training is provided.
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
