Position Overview:
As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the face of our branch, playing a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of activities, including showroom sales, hire and repair inquiries, logistics, administration, and sales/support scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding Customer Service, assisting with showroom sales, and addressing showroom phone inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Listen to and assess customer requirements, offering advice and influencing purchase decisions where necessary.
- Monitor market changes and competitor activities, providing feedback to enhance our offerings.
- Consult with customers to determine rental equipment needs, ensuring smooth processes and timely support.
- Liaise with finance for customer credit and collections support.
- Assist in the preparation of rental equipment, creation of hire contracts, and management of branch rental assets.
- Support phone inquiries, log support calls, and allocate support equipment to branch field services teams.
- Coordinate sales and hire delivery, liaising with field support/account managers and sales teams.
- Manage branch stock and vehicle inventory accurately, including annual stock takes and cycle counts.
- Handle administration tasks such as creating and invoicing field service work orders and showroom sales, and procurement/purchasing.
- Facilitate customer and rental repairs, managing repair returns and schedules efficiently.
- Participate in sales training programs and utilise Aptella systems effectively.
