As part of the CSC team of 6 people, this is a call centre style position.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Joining a nurturing and supportive team of 5 within the Customer Service division, in the Hume based office.
You will be;
- Receiving a high volume of incoming calls from homeowners who have suffered damage to their properties as a result of storms, floods, impact damage or other insurable events.
- Some data entry and claims administration.
This is a permanent, office-based position, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Join a welcoming team with strong training procedures in place.
The starting salary is $65,000 - 70,000 + superannuation (dependant on experience).
ABOUT YOU
- Previous call centre or phone based Customer Service experience highly advantageous.
- Previous insurance building industry exposure advantageous but not necessary.
- Ability to prioritise and be organised.
- People skills and empathetic communication skills.
- Computer confident - you will be trained on the CRM system.
- Looking to commit long-term and grow within a company.
