AddressReporting to the General Manager, the Customer Coordinator is responsible for providing guidance to team members to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency are at the highest standards, leading to high customer satisfaction.
The role involves taking ownership of the customer experience, ensuring compliance with plans and delivering high-quality Power Products and Services to the customer.
This is managed by demonstrating effective leadership with the Sales, Rental and Service teams.
The key priority is investigating customer needs thoroughly and providing solutions that add value to both the customer and DGA Tasmania, fostering long-lasting customer relationships.
This is a key role within the business managing customer enquiries across and range of industries and prioritising workloads for our team of Service Technicians
