The role involves taking ownership of the customer experience, ensuring compliance with plans and delivering high-quality Power Products and Services to the customer.
This is managed by demonstrating effective leadership with the Sales, Rental and Service teams.
The key priority is investigating customer needs thoroughly and providing solutions that add value to both the customer and DGA Tasmania, fostering long-lasting customer relationships.
