Position Overview: Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our lively swim brand based on the Gold Coast. We're looking for someone who is not only highly organized and detail-oriented but also loves the buzz of a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll be the heart of our customer interactions, managing everything from inquiries and orders to concerns and exchanges for our online store. Plus, you’ll play a key role in distributing press samples and handling our exciting celebrity and influencer gifting initiatives.
The Role:
- Handling all customer inquiries through our Customer Service email.
- Ensuring timely dispatch of all orders.
- Promptly managing customer returns and exchanges.
- Coordinating customer repairs and returns with the production team.
- Overseeing all eCommerce and Press shipments with multiple shipping partners.
- Addressing VIP and Press inquiries via the dedicated email.
- Facilitating the loan, dispatch, and return of VIP and Press items.
- Overseeing sample movements for VIP and Press engagements.
- Assembling VIP and Press gifting packs and managing seasonal distributions.
- Organizing and optimizing ecommerce operational spaces.
The Skillset:
- Exceptional Customer Service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong accountability and tracking of multiple tasks.
- Proficient multitasker with a keen eye for detail.
- At least 2 years' experience in Customer Service, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.
- Experience in wrapping and packing fashion merchandise is preferred.
- Positive demeanor with a professional approach to customer interactions.

Position Type: Part-time with intent to go full time 24- 30 hours per week
