About The Role:
We offer a dynamic role based out of our Nth Wyong office on the Central Coast. As a key member of our team, you will spearhead our efforts to expand our client base within the civil construction industry across the regions of Newcastle metropolitan and the lower Hunter Valley focusing on supporting our transport and recycling divisions. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with diverse stakeholders and drive growth in one of the most promising sectors of our region's economy.
Duties and Skills
- Market Research: Conducting market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
- Lead Generation: Assisting in lead generation activities such as prospecting, cold calling, emailing. Maintaining a database of leads, and scheduling meetings for the business team.
- Proposal and Presentation Preparation: Supporting the creation of proposals, presentations for client meetings and new business opportunities. This may involve formatting documents, gathering relevant information, and ensuring accuracy in content.
- CRM Management: Managing customer relationship management (CRM) software to track interactions with clients and prospects. This includes updating contact information, recording communications, and generating reports on sales activities and pipeline status.
- Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the team, such as answering phones, assist with basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing documents.
- Follow-up and Follow-through: Following up on leads, inquiries, and proposals to ensure timely responses and maintain momentum in the sales process. This will involve coordinating next steps with internal stakeholders.
- Customer Relationship Management: Assisting in managing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships.
