Form of workTitus Tekform is part of the Titus Group, an international hardware supplier to the kitchen / joinery / furniture manufacturing industry. The business is located at Prestons in Sydney's south west on the junction of the M5/M7.
We are seeking a Junior Customer Service representative to join the team. This is a permanent full time role 5 days a week.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Handling incoming calls from customers and the sales team.
- Entering sales orders into the system received by phone/email.
- Respond to customer queries.
- Work closely with the warehouse staff to ensure orders are dispatched on time.
- Order follow up with customers.
Skills required:
- Positive can do attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow your Customer Service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent communication skills and flexible attitude
- Must be a team player.
This role will require you to work Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm.
