The Role: As a Customer Service & Helpdesk Support team member, you will play a pivotal role in resolving customer issues and addressing service support enquiries. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in operational tasks, coordinating order dispatch, managing service activations, and facilitating technical support. Don’t worry, we will provide the training!
