This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service.Key Responsibilities:

• Registering jobs and processing documentation with precision.
• Assisting customers and overseas agents with inquiries and support.
• Managing bookings and coordinating shipments to meet customer requirements.
• Tracking shipments and providing timely updates to customers.
• Handling job costing and invoicing tasks accurately.
• Collaborating effectively with other departments to achieve shared objectives.

What We're Looking For:

• No prior industry experience required – we welcome enthusiastic beginners!
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective time management skills and ability to work under deadlines.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a sense of humour and a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Cargowise (CW1/EDI) is a plus, though not essential.
