As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a motivated Inbound Sales and Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team.

Role Description:
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to handle inbound calls and sales leads. This role involves managing a high volume of inquiries via phone and email, and booking appointments with professional technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound Customer Service calls and sales inquiries.
- Follow up with quality leads to book appointments.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service and maintain a professional phone manner.
- Manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with team members and clients.
- Maintain thorough and diligent work habits.
Requirements:
- Bright, friendly personality with a professional phone manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proven experience in selling via phone and email.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Experience in a Customer Service or sales role is preferred.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary.
- Casual position with full-time hours.
- $39 per hour plus superannuation.
- $49 per hour plus superannuation on weekends and public holidays.
Working Hours:
- Approximately 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
- Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–7pm; Saturdays, 8am–6pm.
