They are seeking a Sales Administration & Customer Service specialist who will be the face of the business.
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join a team as a Sales Administrator/Customer Service representative. This role combines crucial Customer Service responsibilities with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound Customer Service inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers visiting the showroom, providing excellent service, product knowledge, and guidance.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery scheduling.
- Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including data entry and report generation.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate records are maintained.
Requirements:
- Strong Customer Service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior experience in Customer Service or Sales Administration preferred.
