Based at its Australian head office in Gregory Hills, the role will be focusing on the efficient management, sales and support of Consumables Customers within the business.
About the role:

The role reports to the National Consumables Manager. You will be an important team member of a high caliber national consumables team with the opportunity for ongoing professional development and part of a leading multi-national capital equipment manufacturer who has experienced unprecedented growth.
What will you be doing?
The role will be exceptionally varied, but will include:
- Fielding and prompt answering of inbound sales calls regarding consumables
- Create, build and manage customer relationships including onboarding new customers
- Providing knowledgeable product recommendations to customers
- Outbound sales and working with the sales team and other consumables staff to actively source new customers
- Accurate data entry of customer orders with high attention to detail
- Up selling of current customer orders
- Actively use CRM Database to identify and increase sales and new customers of consumables (Salesforce and Ostendo).
- Attendance at any sales event including trade shows as required
- Checking and reviewing webshop pricing, along with managing online accounts and registrations
- Ongoing liaison with logistics to ensure prompt delivery of customer orders
- Action and resolving any customer queries regarding orders
- Any other tasks associated with a busy product Customer Service role including analysis, samples, customer trends etc.
Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, however the minimum requirements to be interviewed will be:
- Similar Customer Service experience supporting decentralised sales teams
- Experience working towards and delivering sales targets and KPI's
- Assisting with management of a varied and diverse product range
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Customer invoicing experience
- Previous experience with CRM programs
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software and other programs
- Be able to follow direction, multitask and have attention to detail
- Demonstrate the ability to keep calm under pressure
- Has the energy, drive and motivation to exceed in a busy and varied role as well as help Trotec Laser continue with its growth
- Wants to be part of an Australasian and global team who are looking to continually raise the Customer Service bar for products and service
- Working towards and delivering sales targets and KPI's
A remuneration package pro-rata based on experience will be negotiated with the successful applicant .
