Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + Superannuation
Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
Sydney Shock Absorbers, the distributor of Bilstein Suspension, H&R Springs and Polyair Springs, is seeking an experienced individual in the four-wheel drive industry and/ or parts interpreting industry.
This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about the automotive industry, specifically in four-wheel drive and parts interpreting sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently place orders and ensure timely processing.
- Provide excellent Customer service and handle customer enquiries proficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge; familiarity with four-wheel drive parts is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Manage accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial information.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing timely and accurate information to customers and wholesalers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the four-wheel drive industry or parts interpreting is highly desirable.
- Strong computer proficiency is essential - Microsoft Excel, Outlook etc
- good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We are a family owned business that has been operating since 1948, we are located close to Sydenham train station, with a roughly 3 minute walk to the office from the station. We also have onsite parking for those travelling by car.
