About the Role
Our Brisbane team is looking for an additional Customer Service team member.
You’ll interact with customers for bookings, pricing, service options and order updates. Importantly, your role will be to enhance customer experience, foster relationships and create customer loyalty.
A key aspect of the role will be your ability to manage the status of customer orders through maintaining accurate data within our Cargowise system and communicating exceptions to customers.
Strong communications skills, a proactive approach & a desire to service the customer will be key characteristics to both yours & the success of the role.
Who were looking for:
We would love to hear from you if you have had a minimum of 12 months freight forwarding experience. Exposure to Cargowise or a similar logistics software program would be advantageous. It would be ideal if you demonstrated the following skills & attributes.
