Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance.
- Manage and track shipments, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize shipments and enter sales orders.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in Customer Service or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with database management is a plus.
