MyVisa Australia Pty Ltd is looking for a skilled Customer Service Manager who can join their legal team and maintain customer satisfaction by providing assistance with customer enquiries, Customer Service management and problem-solving guidance.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Help to develop specific goals and plans to achieve sales targets by providing after-sale and customer satisfaction information.
- Entering and maintaining information from customers
- Monitor and coordinate sales and Customer Service
- Determines Customer Service requirements by maintaining contact with customers
- Customers management- Resolving problems and complaints from customers
- Cross and analyse between daily log reports and sales figures
- Complete team daily activities to coach behaviours and track results, progress and performance
- Monitor guide and train current and new staff with Customer Service care, products knowledge and guidance, and company’s policy
- Improves Customer Service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics; monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes.
- Customer services follow up of procedures and improvements moving forward
Skills Required:
- Customer Service experience
- Great attitude & strong work ethic
- Self- motivation and drive to exceed targets
- First class communications skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent Interpersonal and relationship building skills
The successful candidate will be offered a salary package of $70,000 p.a. plus superannuation.
