Customer Service Manager

Our client, a large transport organisation seeks a skilled Customer Service Manager. This is an important and diverse role with responsibility for reception, assistance application management, timesheet administration and compliant management.
Managing a team of 4 front of house staff, this is a very important role in customer interaction and satisfaction.
  
 Responsibilities

• Lead the Reception team of 4
• Manage the transport assistance scheme applications
• Develop processes to capture data required for reporting purposes.
• Review timesheets input into the payroll system
• Develop and implement strategies to improve Customer Service
• Record, investigate and report findings of customer complaints
• Encourage a culture of Customer Service

  
Skills and Experience

• Process management and administration experience
• The ability to understand and apply company policies and procedures
• Microsoft and system skills
• Attention to detail
• The ability to understand and apply award conditions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team leadership experience is ideal
