Responsibilities
- Lead the Reception team of 4
- Manage the transport assistance scheme applications
- Develop processes to capture data required for reporting purposes.
- Review timesheets input into the payroll system
- Develop and implement strategies to improve Customer Service
- Record, investigate and report findings of customer complaints
- Encourage a culture of Customer Service
Skills and Experience
- Process management and administration experience
- The ability to understand and apply company policies and procedures
- Microsoft and system skills
- Attention to detail
- The ability to understand and apply award conditions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team leadership experience is ideal
