Springbok Foods is a national wholesale distributor and retailer of the largest range of South African groceries and good products in Australia.
They are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their team in Oxenford, QLD.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members for the Customer Service area;
- Collaborate with other departments and stockists to ensure seamless communication and coordination in identifying and addressing customer needs and expectations;
- Develop, review and implement service standards, policies and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided;
- Ensure operational efficiency within the Customer Service area;
- Manage, motivate, and provide direction and performance reviews to Customer Service team members and develop programs for continuous improvement;
- Plan, administer and review customer and after-sales services to engage the customer, follow up on customer satisfaction and facilitate organic growth.
A remuneration of $70,000 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidate. This is a full time position, an immediate start is available.
