Learning Online is a new age education provider specialising in short online courses carefully crafted to give our students the skills to succeed in work and business.
Founded in 2019, we quickly became one of the leading online course providers within Australia and New Zealand. Our rapid growth and recent expansion overseas has created a number of job opportunities, one being the Customer Service Manager.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for ensuring the business is effectively delivering high quality customer and student enrolment services.

You will do this through:
Creating, improving and updating effective student services procedures, policies and standards
Assisting the implementation of procedures, policies and standards to customer services teams
Train and develop new customer service employees
Monitor and develop customer satisfaction KPI’s
KPI reporting and communication with executive group
Delivering comprehensive student enrolment enquiries
Supervising day to day operations in the customer service department
Documenting and updating processes and training materials as required
Maintaining and developing skills and knowledge for ongoing innovation and improvement for business processes and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will:
Have experience in a student education / student enrolment environment
Be great at establishing and maintaining strong relationships with staff at all levels
Have exceptional communication skills with a strong proficiency in the english language
Be a wiz with managing reporting, processes and procedure documentations
Have a working knowledge of CRM processes and tools
