The Opportunity
With an exciting portfolio of ongoing and upcoming projects, we are looking for Senior and Engineer Level Process Engineers to strengthen our already high performing team.
As a Process Engineer at Momentum you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and capabilities across multiple disciplines, working on projects critical to current and future energy needs.

- Technical knowledge and familiarity with relevant oil and gas codes and standards (API, ASME, AS, etc).
Role key duties
- Process Engineering Design (Concept, FEED and Detailed Design), specialising in Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
- Engineering Design Focal Point.
- Perform Process Simulations using HYSYS.
- Perform Process Engineering Calculations including Flare, Relief and Blowdown Calculations.
- Develop, Review and Finalise Process Engineering Deliverables including, PFDs, P&IDs, Cause and Effects, Linelists, etc.
- Attend Design, Safety and Risk Review Meetings including, HAZOP, SIL and LOPA studies.
- Liaison with Clients and Suppliers.
- Attend Project Meetings to support Project Management and Lead Engineer.
- Provide Guidance and supervision to Junior Engineers.
- Cost, Time & Resource (CTR) Management, Progress Reporting and Planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Experience in Oil, Gas or Hydrogen industries
