Given our growth, we are looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our successful team.
Role Objective
This role works directly with existing clients to identify, educate and introduce them to new content/functionality in order to grow annual and recurring revenue. This role deals with clients and cross-sells within those organisations to other departments that Safetrac may currently not have any contacts in. This role ensures client retention by building relationships within the client organisations.
Key Accountabilities
- Build and maintain exceptional working relationships with Safetrac’s clients
- Meeting revenue quarterly and annual sales targets through client retention and upsell opportunities
- Identifying and address client needs and challenges
- Effectively and efficiently use Salesforce to drive opportunities
- Compiling quotes, proposals, agreements and addendums
- Supporting team members to reach team goals
Competencies
- Excellent relationship management skills and a high level of responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets
- Highly organised and autonomous, with an ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work efficiently
- Exceptional written and oral communication and attention to detail
- A quick learner (with support and training) of both content and platform, and the confidence to demonstrate both to internal and external stakeholders
- High levels of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook), CRM (Salesforce experience a bonus), and any other sales support subscription tools
Experience & Qualifications
- Solution/consultative sales experience in technology/SaaS is an advantage
- University degree preferred in business, commerce, psychology, IT or related discipline
- Experience in the L&D, compliance, risk or legal industry is a bonus
