MediCentral is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to join us.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain Customer Service policies and procedures that uphold our clinic's standards and align with our group's goals.
- Lead and support a significant number of receptionists, managing all aspects of recruitment, performance reviews, and training to enhance team capabilities.
- Direct daily operations, motivate staff to achieve excellence in their roles, and promote a patient-first approach in all interactions.
- Develop systems to evaluate patient satisfaction, adjust services as needed, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Facilitate effective cooperation between the reception team and other clinic departments to improve service delivery and patient care.
- Actively engage with our diverse patient base to understand and meet their needs, leading efforts to address concerns promptly and effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership in managing substantial Customer Service functions within a healthcare setting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to oversee large teams and complex patient interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma of related field
- At least three years of relevant working experience
