As a Customer Service Manager, you will be at the forefront of the operation, ensuring that your customers receive outstanding service and that your team operates seamlessly. Here's what you'll be doing:
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated front end staff. Your hands on approach will set the standard for excellence in Customer Service.
Customer Satisfaction: Make a difference in the lives of your customers by delivering exceptional service. Your friendly demeanour and problem solving skills will leave a lasting impression.
Operational Excellence: Oversee operations, including cashier management, checkout processes, and customer interactions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Training and Development: Coach and train team members to provide top notch service and grow within the organisation.
Inventory Control: Collaborate with other managers to maintain accurate inventory levels, minimise losses, and optimise stock availability.
Skills & Experience
* Previous Management experience essential
* The ability to train and develop staff
* Full P&L accountability
* Be able to control department costs such as wastage, wages and other operational costs
* Able to demonstrate understanding of local market and seasonal trends
