About the role:
Reporting to the Store Management team, you’ll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of our Customer Service department. You’ll take pride in ensuring that your department is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers and community.
- Full time position with rotational weekend work (Every 2nd Saturday, one late night and some public holidays)
- Attractive base salary + 11% superannuation

About You And Your Skills:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer facing environment and the ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly to changes within your environment.
- A passion to improve our Customer Service experience, engage with customers and facilitate organic growth
- Direct and indirect leadership experience as you’ll need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet customer requirements, rostering requirements and wage control.
- To maintain excellent standards within your department by keep the service area clean, presentable and inviting for customers.
- Great organisational skills to assist you with the ordering of stock, rostering, keeping accurate records and documenting any Customer Service actions and discussions
- Take ownership of any customer queries/concerns, be able to follow through and provide a resolution.
- To be able to think strategically, look to simplify processes, to maintain and delivery our service procedures and policies.
- and to lead the charge for high Customer Service standards.
