We are looking to appoint an experienced and reliable Customer Service Manager to deal with our existing and potential clients in the Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour areas.
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, visiting our various clients regularly, performing routine inspections of our cleaning sites, liaising between cleaning teams and venue managers, carrying out sales enquiries and trying to ensure customer satisfaction with our services.
Key duties:
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Visiting existing and potential clients in Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour
- Carrying out routine inspections of our cleaning sites
- Approaching potential clients
- Organising cleaning operations
- Delivering excellent Customer Service
Candidate must have:
- Current and valid driver’s licence
- Current Working with Children and National Police checks or receipt of application for such checks
- Proof of full Covid-19 vaccination
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service
- Experience in the commercial cleaning industry
- Exceptional time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Responsible work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work five days a week (weekdays)

Training will be provided; however, it is preferred that the candidate have experience in Customer Service and some knowledge of the cleaning industry and reside in the Coffs Harbour area. We are looking for someone who is keen and willing to learn and grow with the company.
