The job will entail developing and reviewing Customer Service policies and procedures, ensuring efficiency of operations, managing and motivationg frontline team members, assisting with recruitment, planning after sales service and monitoring customer satisfaction, and identifying and ensuring customers expectations are met. AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or equivalent qualification.
3 years experience can be used in lieu of qualification.
2 years work experience essential. Full time.
