The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer for a 3 month fixed term contract. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing support and assistance with their inquiries and concerns. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering a positive customer experience and ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and efficiency.
Your new role
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email
Assist customers with remediation payment-related questions and requests
Provide accurate information regarding remediation issues and policy details
Manage customer inquiries inbox, policy changes, return to senders, and other remediation related admin tasks efficiently and accurately
Address customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of our insurance products and services
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
About you
Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
Attention to detail
Strong time management skills
Previous data entry experience desirable
