The role:

As our Customer Service Officer, you will liaise with large corporate customers, handle customer inquiries, process customer orders, and carry out a range of Customer Service-related administrative duties.

We will support you by providing training for this role, which will see you gain new skills and allow you to explore the many different opportunities across the Ecolab business. If you enjoy working in a collaborative and inclusive environment and want to start your career with an organisation that will develop you, now is the time to join Ecolab.  This role will start off as a 6 Month contract role, with strong possibility to extend or go to permanant for the right person.  Once fully trained and confident in the role, we offer hybrid working arrangement of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home!

• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
