About the role
To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant Customer Service Officer to join our Kempsey office
Full Time in office position Monday to Friday,
Duties
- Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls
- Handle customer queries and accounts in a professional and timely manner
- Provide customers with product, service and procedural information
- Accurate new customer account setup
- Process credit card payments as required
- Support Operations and Sales staff
- Administration adhoc duties when required
- Promoting the benefits of Supagas products / Deal with customer product queries.
Skills & experience
- Previous experience within call centre roles is desirable
- Experience with or demonstrated ability to handle high volumes of calls
- A professional and friendly telephone manner as this role is telephone based
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise your work
- Ability to problem solve and make informed decisions
- Ability to liaise between customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Experience providing accurate and timely updates to customers
- A professional approach and positive attitude to your work
- Good attention to detail
