Reporting to Customer Service Team Leader, Daikin Australia is looking for a permanent full time Customer Service Officer who will process and manage internal sales and issues relating to the allocation and delivery of the Daikin products but not limited to:
• Prepare & capture sales order details into SAP system platform.
• Maintain accurate and timely delivery orders.
• Enter and action on changes to customer orders.
• Improving & maintaining positive customer relationships.
This role offers flexible selection of shifts between 9AM – 5PM shifts between Monday to Friday continuously offering onsite training & on-going development.

About you
• Looking for an individual with strong willingness to learn & growth professionally
• Previous experience with data entry, administration or contact center would be ideally
• Passion to deliver exceptional Customer Service
• Attention to details & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with using outlook, salesforce and/or SAP will be ideally but are not essential
