What You Will Be Doing
WorkPac are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer for a position based in Kewdale. You will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager and Supervisor with the efficient running of branch activities including maximising utilisation of all assets, presentation of assets, client retention and adherence to rental processes. Day to day you will be responsible for duties including branch administration tasks including filing, banking and preparing rental agreements, processing counter and phone enquiries and bookings, processing of invoices and rental agreements, cash handling and building rapport with customers and clients.
What You Will Need
Experience in Customer Service and/or rental activities
Good organisational skills
Ability to think creatively to devise the most efficient processes.
Foundational computer skills
Excel skills and experience
Drivers Licence Essential (HR highly desirable)
