Customer Service Officer (94389)

Accountabilities

• Able to work to strict deadlines as part of the fulfillment team, who progress claims and provide timely customer updates.
• Optimal pathing control/ hire car management & proactive management of customers into our assessment centres and repairer network
• Work with associated system and administrative processes associated with the customer pathing,& repair/ total loss journeys.
• Reduce leakage through effective management of hire car duration.
• Take responsibility for getting claims on track and progressing.

• Exceptional Customer Service engagement and ability to prioritise work.
• Interest in & ability to develop professional relationships across the motor repair, towing, hire car & assessing industries.
• Excellent team member who can positively support colleagues and live our ‘one team’ values.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate for all claims & assessing software packages.
• Good Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Address challenges, persuade and influence outcomes to attain desired results.
