About the Role
- Ensure customers feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated by consistently adding that extra touch to every aspect of their experience.
- Respond promptly, knowledgeably, and in a friendly manner to customer requests, inquiries, and complaints.
- Assist customers with technical inquiries or escalate as needed.
- Help customers find solutions across various areas by familiarizing yourself with relevant departments, including those involving analysis and specialized knowledge.
- Enter key sales orders into the system.
- Provide pricing, availability, and quotations via phone, fax, and email.
- Inform customers about back orders and estimated due dates.
- Support with credit, warranty inquiries, and guide customers through resolutions.
- Document actions taken using CRM/pronto systems.
- Aid in collecting, organizing, and processing returns, replacements, credits, and warranty claims.
Additionally, the Customer Service Officer should grasp the workings of business supply chains and operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least two 2 years of experience in a similar role involving customer interaction, pump products, and team collaboration.
