From handling inquiries to managing policy updates like a pro, you'll be the face of our customer-focused approach.
The Role:
As a Client Services Advisor your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our new and existing client base. You'll listen to our customers' needs and identify opportunities to offer tailored insurance policies that meet their individual requirements. Each day will present exciting challenges, making your journey with Youi unique.
Responsibilities:
- Amend existing policies
- Promote the benefits of our products and services to existing customers
- Actively listen to customer needs and tailor policies accordingly
- Exceed sales and performance targets
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills when assisting customers
