The role
You will be working in a dynamic team environment, communicating with clients their families and other service providers to ensure services are delivered.
The role involves working closely with colleagues, building relationships and initiating ideas for continual improvement with a strong focus on delivering optimal Customer Service experiences.
Talking to clients and understanding their needs and goals, will be an essential part of your day to support them to stay living safely and comfortably in their own homes.
About you
You are a people person who likes dealing with customers and internal stakeholders. You thrive on working to targets and pride yourself on your ability to be you adaptable and flexible.
We are looking for a vibrant candidate with exceptional Customer Service skills, who is able to problem solve, demonstrate initiative, as well as have excellent organisational skills and experience working with electronic information systems. Experience working within the Aged and Disability sector will be highly regarded.
