Job description:
The Role
We are seeking an individual passionate about the NDIS. Someone who wants to manage and grow our NDIS business together as a team. You will be working full time. The candidate will work from our office based in Gregory Hills and must be able to work autonomously.
You will be working with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about building a sustainable organisation that enhances the lifestyle of people with disability.
You will be responsible for managing our NDIS Short term Accommodation bookings and all inbound enquiries. You will be provided with the resources required to kickstart the role with comprehensive training and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to end management of NDIS Short term accommodation bookings.
- Ensuring efficient, safe and high quality of client support and services.
- Managing all inbound enquiries that come through from social media, email, website or calls.
- Build and maintain a viable and stable customer base.
- Assessing client needs, recommending and explaining the relevant NDIS services offered by The Australian Health Company (AHC).
- Manage all client and stakeholder calls and enquiries that come through in a timely manner with a sense of urgency.
- Liaise with our stakeholders with the utmost of professionalism.
- Manage all services and bookings from start to finish.
Skills and Experience:
- Must be able to work autonomously
- Have a passion for helping our people and our community
- Knowledge of NDIS practice Standards and funding models practice approach, developing and implementation of tailored-care plans regarded but not essential
- High Level consultation skills with people living with disability, or chronic conditions, whilst demonstrating awareness of the key issues faced by people with disabilities or chronic conditions and the importance of choice and control regarding the support they receive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Experience liaising with support coordinators, support workers, participants and plan managers
- Solid computer literacy and capacity to use cloud based software is essential
