We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service extraordinaire to join our team to ensure that the company's customers are provided with products, services, responses to queries/technical and pricing support in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiries, quotation requests, order and complaints.
- Solve customer problems and analyse Customer Service requirements and communicate to the Internal Sales Manager and/or other departments as appropriate.
- Maintain Customer Contact database and keep field sales personnel updated with customer requirements.
- Report all customer complaints and service requirements to appropriate personnel in a timely manner to maximise customer satisfaction.
- Provide internal support to sales personnel.
- Provide internal support to other departments as required.
- Expedite customer orders in a proactive manner.
- Managing Key Accounts assigned by the department manager,
- Ensure compliance with Company’s Health, Safety and Environmental policies and legislative requirements.
- Any other duties as reasonably directed.
Qualifications / Experience
To be successful in this position, you would:
- Possess a minimum of 2-3 years’ previous experience in Customer Service role;
- Have completed, minimum Year 12, ideally with English and Mathematics;
- Have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills;
- Have high attention to detail and accuracy;
- Have the ability to deal with pressure in a dynamic environment;
- Be computer literate with experience in ERP/CRM driven process systems;
- Display a high standard of personal appearance and conduct at all times.
- Be willing to attend a pre-employment medical assessment arranged by the Company and medically assessed to be capable of fulfilling your duties;
- Be prepared to apply for a National Police clearance, if not already in possession of one which is less than 3 months old.
