Your Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and working alongside a high performing team, your role will include:

• Providing an exceptional experience to the customer by responding to incoming telephone enquiries
• Managing high volumne of inbound customer calls 80 - 100 calls daily
• Communicate effectively with internal staff
• Directing calls to appropriate departments
• Updating customer details on the system
• Resolving any hiccups that occur in the Customer Service process by providing an outstanding resolution for the customer.
