Customer Service Officer

Skillinvest is currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer for a casual position at The Stick Shed based in Murtoa, Victoria. This is a fantastic opportunity work at an iconic Australian tourist attraction and contribute to your local community.

Requirements

• Excellent Customer Service
• Strong computer skills & proficient with MS suit
• Positive attitude & willingness to learn
• Local knowledge of Murtoa and surrounding communities
• Be available to work weekends where required

Duties

• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Run tours and share historic information to visitors
• Process Eftpos and cash transactions
• Maintain booking register and responds to email/phone queries
• General cleaning and upkeep or shed and amenities
• Other duties as required

We are seeking someone available to work on a casual basis, 2-3 shifts per week. The Stick Shed operates 7 days a week between 10am - 3pm and there will be requirements to work weekends on rotation.
