Metroll is a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of quality metal building products. We pride ourselves on a high level of Customer Service and are currently looking for the right person to join our team in the role of Customer Service Officer.
This is an exciting and energetic role which has front-line responsibility for our day-to-day client interaction, quoting, order processing, and support of our sales team. You will be working with clients, the external sales team and the operations team to ensure that clients’ expectations are met.
As a successful candidate, you will be an excellent communicator with highly developed administration, Customer Service and problem-resolution skills. Your experience working with a diverse range of internal and external customers, combined with your ability to work as part of a team will ensure you continually exceed customer expectations.
