Your key duties will include, but not limited to:
• Process sales orders accurately through SAP
• Provide updates on stock availability, pricing, delays and ETA’s
• Following up with customers pre and post servicing
• Respond to general product and delivery enquiries
• Fielding enquires regarding repairs and credits from existing clients
• Produce daily sales order reports and other reports as requested by management
Ideally you will have:
• Strong product-based Customer Service experience within an office environment
• Previous CRM and MS Office experience, particularly SAP will be highly regarded
• Ability to work to deadlines and balance priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
