We are seeking a passionate Customer Service Officer to answer customer enquiries, resolve issues effectively, and build positive relationships in a busy multi-channel environment, interacting with customers via phone, face to face and online enquiries.
What we are looking for
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Substantial experience in a similar role and a commitment to service excellence.
- Professional and empathetic approach to Customer Service.
- Strong computer and administrative skills.
- Experience in cash handling.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- A positive work attitude and strong work ethic.
Essential requirements
- Current National Police Clearance (less than three months old) Please note: This is not essential to apply for the role but will be required at a later stage as it is an appointment condition.
