SalaryThe role will be responsible for contributing to the Service team which includes, Working safely, servicing the businesses customers, maintaining required levels of multiple stock items and inventory control
The role has four main areas of responsibility:
- Customer Management
- Stock control
- Ordering and processing orders for external materials

Requirements for the role include:
- Computer systems such as Microsoft
- SAP knowledge would be an advantage
- Receive and process customer orders
- Communicate with customer regarding delivery timings of orders
- Keep customers updated with any changes in order status
- Ensuring all customer details are kept up to date and are accurate
- Update and distribute customer KPI reports
- Manage customer inventory min/max levels
- Work with customers and the warehousing team to achieve nil obsolete stock
- Manage customers finished goods over runs
- Co-ordinate customer stock replenishments
- Raising of orders for external supplied materials
- Ordering consumables
- Ordering of tooling
- Invoicing (eg: tooling charges)
