The Role
We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our Dandenong Branch.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Answering phone and email enquires in a timely and professional manner
- Processing orders promptly and accurately
- Managing the invoicing for customer orders
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Maintain customer records and documentation
- Provide administrative support
- Must be able to multi-task, take control and ownership of role
- Other ad hoc duties or requirements
What you will bring
This full-time position will suit someone who has the following attributes:
- Customer service experience and/or administrative experience preferred but not essential
- Strong computer and general communication skills
- Attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- A team focused, and proactive approach to work
- Industry knowledge/Basic knowledge of estimating advantageous but not essential.
- Proactive and willingness to learn
- Proven as reliable and punctual
- Full Australian working right
