The Customer Liaison Officer is the first point of contact for internal and external customers at The Gordon. The role responds to face-to-face, email and call centre enquires utilising exceptional Customer Service and problem solving skills. This first point of contact position requires great communication skills and a willingness to help identify how The Gordon can support and deliver educational and lifestyle outcomes. Customer Liaison Officer roles are currently located the Gordon's Geelong and Wyndham campuses.

Staff are recruited to a primary location with the requirement to provide coverage support at other locations as requested. 

Employment opportunity We have two opportunities available:
0.60 (22.8 hours per week) Part Time Ongoing
0.80 (30.4 hours per week) Part Time Fixed Term Contract to 18 October 2024

Salary  $66,452 to $72,236 p.a (pro-rata) plus Superannuation
Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate.
