In our 50 years working in the packaging industry, we have partnered with the biggest names in food, beverage and fast-moving consumer goods in the business, including Nestlé, Unilever, Coca-Cola, Lion, Heinz, Cadbury, Tooheys, Asahi, Carlton & United Breweries, Kraft and Dulux.
We’re an advanced engineered-to-order firm with our main factory in Echuca, Victoria, and other offices around the country. We design, manufacture, supply, install and integrate packaging equipment that safely puts the products you know into their packaging.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our Finance and Administration Team.
The role is customer facing, and the successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end internal sales process for the technology products and printing section of our business.
Tasks will include:
- Quoting and receiving orders from customers and loading them in our ERP
- Processing the order by procuring items from our suppliers
- Reconciling delivery information
- Invoicing customers
- Maintaining Inventory Records
- Directing technical queries to our sales or technical support teams
- Coordinating the activities of our technical support team
- Liaising with our external suppliers
- Other admin tasks to support the broader team
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience in accounting packages – Netsuite Users are highly regarded
- Strong communication and Customer Service skills
- Good excel skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to manage a diverse range of tasks and to prioritise work load
- Drive and determination to learn quickly and be willing to take initiative
- Empathy for the customer to ensure we provide them the highest level of support.
