We are currently searching for an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Officer for our new Melton location.
Qualifications & experience
- Must have great Customer Service skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Applications
- Competent to Advanced Computer Skills
- Must have some office/admin skills
- Experience preferred but not necessary
Tasks & responsibilities
- Greeting and Helping Customers
- Answering and Making Phone Calls
- Checking, Responding to & Sorting Emails
- Receiving Part Invoices and Scanning to Job
- Receiving Consumable Invoices
- Balancing Statements
- Ordering Parts
- Working alongside the accounts team to make sure they operate as seamlessly as possible.
In-house training will be provided for all industry programs. The role will be full-time, permanent 8am-4:30pm position.
