We are on the lookout for an empathic and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team and empower our customers to live their life, their way.
As a Customer Service Officer…
you will be the voice and first contact for our staff, customers (current and perspective) and their families by providing high-quality telephone-based support. As first point of contact you will be responsible for problem solving, clear and effective communication and have an attention to detail. Other aspects of the Customer Service Role include scheduling of customer supports, rostering of support workers and clinicians and onboarding of new customers.
You will be passionate about engaging our staff, customers and their families, and find satisfaction from supporting our customers to maintain their independence at home, access social supports in the community and/or achieve their own personal goals.
Our ideal Customer Service Officer...
Proven experience in a contact centre/Customer Service role. Experience working in Disability and Aged Care is preferred, however not essential
You will celebrate diversity and culture, promote wellness and reablement through positive relationship building, respect freedom of expression and the independent decision making of our customers.
You will have availability between 6:00am to 6:00pm (Monday - Friday), and possess:
- Current National Police Clearance (obtained within last six months)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination
