Customer Service Officer

EGR are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our experienced and dedicated Customer Service team in Salisbury as a Customer Service Officer (OEM). Located in Salisbury, this role will be Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top level Customer Service email and phone.
- Escalate technical problems
- Solve simple technical problems
- Take payments and update customer details
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and parts inquiries
- Liaise with freight companies and resolve any issues that may arise
- Process orders received via email, phone or downloaded from customer web portal
- Highlight customer concerns, common product issues and other repeated queries to management level, to ensure proactive actions are put in place as possible
- Educate, empower, and inspire customers about our Brands and products
Skills Required:
- Proven strong Customer Service experience
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Good customer communication skills
- A self-motivated, positive and enthusiastic approach to delivering exceptional support
- Capable of working autonomously, and as part of a team
- Experience in HubSpot CRM environment is desirable
- Experience with QAD ERP System is desirable but not essential
