Description:
The Customer Service Officer plays a pivotal part in updating Client Information databases holding information about clients.
The role will support work to achieve KPI’s that are to be met.
• Data entry into forms to request work from service providers & Seeking quotes from service providers
• Word processing in Microsoft products and Departmental customer information databases
• Minute taking during meetings e.g. Case Conferences
• Office administration tasks such as printing, copying, filing, scanning and data entry
Experience:
• Microsoft Product experience – Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams
• Sound admin background (preferred)
Appointments are subject to reference checks. The successful applicant will require the following checks / clearances:
• National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
• Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
• ChildStory Check
